More Images from Jeffrey Epstein's Holdings Released by Democratic US Legislators

Property blueprints for Epstein's secluded tropical island featured within the released materials.

Additionally featured in this recent document release appears to be a property layout for the Great St James island, located in the Caribbean US territory.

The financier bought a more modest island - the Little St James - back in 1998, but subsequently obtained the larger Great St James in 2016 for around $22.5 million.

This visual evidence reveal he had created ambitious plans to develop the 161-acre island by constructing living quarters, an performance venue, an submerged workspace and a swimming pool.

Marked on the plan is a channel, a waterway in the region, indicated on the lower right-hand corner.

The site plan is marked up in notations in red and features a legend detailing various parts of the property.

Alongside this are what appear to be nine other property layouts and architectural plans, such as designs for boat shelters.

Additional images released as part of the ongoing oversight release.
